Terms and Conditions

  1. CONFIRMATION: We will confirm the details of your booking and service date by email.
  2. PETS & SMOKING: Pets must be secured and interiors must be free of cigarette smoke while the floor plan technician is present.
  3. EASE OF MOVEMENT: Please make sure we have easy access to all the levels to be drawn within a property as being able to transition from one area to the next with minimal obstruction is ideal for best results. Properties such as, but not limited to, tenanted multiplexes may require additional fees if we are not able to move fluidly from one unit/level to another, as the breaking up of scans into standalone units adds extra time on-site as well as extra finalizing resources on the backend of our workflow.
  4. TURNAROUND GUARANTEE: Next business day.
  5. PAYMENT REFUNDS: If your desired date or timeline cannot be met on our end, we will issue you a full refund on your booking.
  6. RESCHEDULING & ADMINISTRATION (R.&A.) FEE: $50 will be charged when a booking date is changed less than 6 hours of the scheduled start time prior to our technician's arrival. (Note: 2 free date changes are included as long as more than 6 hours notice is given, however, additional date changes will incur the R&A fee).
  7. CANCELLATION FEE: The base package fee will be non-refundable when a booking date is changed or cancelled after the technicians’s arrival, or in the event of a Client no-show, or if the property is deemed unfit or unsafe for drawing at the technician’s discretion on-site. In these cases, the technician may leave the premises and the original base package price will not be refunded.

How it Works

  • Using LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) and iOS video, we will scan interior walls and spaces from drywall to drywall wherever possible (or stud to stud in areas without drywall), calculating gross living area or GLA for you according to code ANSI Z765. LiDAR determines distance by measuring how long it takes light to reach an object and reflect back. The technology is so advanced, it’s being used by NASA for the next Mars landing mission. That said, scanning your property should be no trouble at all!
  • Expect the floor plan technician to need access to a property for approx. 15 minutes per 1000 sq ft.
