Thank you so much for your patience. We are expecting to ship orders within 2 weeks of when you've placed your order. If it's been longer than 14 days from when you placed your order, and you have not received an email confirmation with tracking info, please complete the inquiry form and we can research it for you.
Oh no! Sometimes the Post Office scans the packages before they're actually delivered, and it'll be delivered soon.
If that's not the case, try talking to your Postal Carrier or neighbors to see if maybe the package was delivered to the wrong address.
If neither of these are the case, unfortunately, there isn't anything we can do. We are not able to provide refunds in this situation, as we are donating all of our profits to those that need it.
However, if we get your package sent back to us, we'll definitely let you know and we can send it back to you.

If your order has already shipped, hopefully the Post Office will forward it to your new address.
