Members of the Texas Choral Directors Association Board and all parties that serve TCDA in any capacity such as, but not limited to, committees, region representatives, and candidates for office, (including ex-officio members of the Board) shall at all times abide by and conform to the following code of ethics:
As a member of the TCDA Board of Directors, please adhere to the following guidelines for social media postings, blogs, tweets and photographs, on both official TCDA social media accounts and personal accounts.
Any individual, group, or organization that experiences, observes, or is otherwise aware of conduct that may violate the TCDA Code of Ethics or related policies, may file a Complaint with the Executive Director, or any member of the Executive Committee.
Upon review of the complaint if the Executive Committee believes there is sufficient evidence to support a complaint that is covered by this policy, the respondent shall be notified in writing of the complaint and given the opportunity to be heard.
