WHAT WE NEED: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with 1-3 years of related education and/or experience. The ideal candidate is one interested in a longterm-to-permanent growing career with Jordan Technology. This detail-oriented position will be an integral part of our Customer Service Department and Customer Support Team working out of our office in Ridgeland, MS.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Working on a variety of customer service, customer support, account management projects.
Provide customer services, both by phone, email, chat, or support ticket.
Managed appointments, scheduling, and service booking.
100% Work From Home
WHAT WE REQUIRE:
High School Diploma.
1 year of college studies.
1-3 years Customer Service, Technical or Marketing education and/or experience.
Availability Monday through Friday from 8am – 6pm CST.
WHAT WE PREFER:
Call Center experience
Customer Service experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
