The joining instructions sent out by email at the end of the booking process for the course will include an emergency contact phone number for the Course Director to be used on the day of the course only. [For face to face courses only]
Once you complete the confirmation below and click Book, your details will be added to the course list and an email will be sent with the full joining instructions. This should be within 30 minutes of clicking the Book button. If you do not receive the details, please contact the County Training Team using the Training Support Helpdesk (link on every page of the training website).
The joining instructions email will include Zoom or Teams links for online courses.
Confirmation
- Please double check the course you are booking is relevant for your role.
- If you have booked a course on behalf of someone else, please ensure you have entered their name as the name entered is what will be produced on the certificate of attendance.
- For all courses, the joining information will be sent to the email address entered - this includes links to Zoom, etc. for online courses. Please ensure it is correct and accessible.
- For online courses, you agree to take an active part. This means that wherever possible you will engage with the activities and have your microphone and webcam on. Technical support from a member of the training team is available on all online module courses.
- There is a cost to all courses run within the County, although they are 'free' at the point of access to learners. Please bear this in mind and if you can no longer attend a course you are booked on, please inform the training team either by replying to the joining instructions email (it will get to the right person), use the training support helpdesk or contact your TA/LTM so we can release your space to others.
