If > 12 months and still at increased risk of Men A - proceed.
If > 5 years and still at increased risk of Men C, Y, W - proceed

If YES, defer vaccination. Ok to vaccinate if temperature <38C.

If the patient has received a tetanus containing vaccine in the past 4 weeks, withhold the vaccine until a gap of 4 weeks
If patient has received a Covid-19 vaccine in the preceding 14 days, withhold the vaccine until 14 days following their 2nd Covid-19 vaccination.
The vaccine will take 10-14 days to be fully effective.
