Traveler information is required to :
1) Be able to hold bookings and prices until itinerary approval.
2) be able to price accurately, based on age, for discounts available
3) To send "Traveler Profile Form" requests.
Name must be the complete name (First, Middle, Last...) as indicated on the government issued ID to be used for this trip (Passport, Driver license...)
Itinerary of a Passport will email each traveler a link to the "Traveler Profile Form". Travelers will be able to list their preferences as well as passport information. If a traveler has previously travelled with Itinerary of a Passport, the form does not need to be filled out unless the traveler wishes to update their information or if they had previously requested their information not to be saved.
A timely return of the form will be appreciated
A segment is a trip between point A and point B, regardless of layovers.
Pro : Low-Cost Airlines can sometimes be significantly cheaper.
Con : Low-Cost Airlines often fly to secondary airports and these may be located up to a 2 hour drive away from the main city. They also usually charge for carry-on bags, boarding passes...
