With Wix, we can publish and automatically sync products between your Wix store and BLB.
Wix doesn't currently allow orders to be synced. So you will be able to view your orders from BLB in our Vendor Portal where you can add delivery tracking details for the customer.

We will seek to publish the remainder but this may be restricted if you have a particularly high volume or overlap with other vendors' products. We haven't set a firm upper limit as it will depend on the overall product mix in the category.Insert and format text, links, and images here.
We have two types of integration with Squarespace vendors:
A full integration with the API, which allows for both inventory and order sync. This integration requires you to be on the Advanced Commerce plan on Squarespace.
If you're not on the Advanced Commerce Plan, we can do a partial integration, which allows for publishing and syncing of inventory. This integration uses a free scraping method, but may not be supported on all plans and does not support order sync. Instead you will manage the BLB orders from a BLB portal where your orders can be managed and stock levels adjusted.
This is easy! You just need to give us your API key. Here's how:
1. Navigate to Settings > Advanced > Developer API keys in the main menu in SquareSpace
2. Click on Generate key and give the integration a name (this is used for your own internal purposes).
3. For permissions, select read only for Products and Inventory and read and write for Orders. Then, generate the key.
4. Lastly, copy the key and paste it below
For this you need to enter your 'store URL' below. (This is the URL of the shop, not the URL of the site).

For the partial integration to work, vendors will need to create products in SquareSpace under the Inventory section. If products use a different method (such as a standalone page with static content), we may not be able to sync the information in which case we will give you a spreadsheet to put your products into.
Options:
The net effect will make little difference to you operationally as neither will let you sync orders directly to your store. Inventory Method will be easier to import but you may not want the bother of re-jigging your products!

BLB can integrate with multiple types of e-commerce platforms, but if your are using a custom system or one that we don't support, then we will onboard you using our Vendor Portal.
It is important to note that BLB cannot automate order routing and inventory sync directly to the stores of vendors from unsupported platforms. Instead, the following will take place:
Most ecommerce systems allow you to export your product inventory into a csv or similar file.
As a minimum we require these attributes:
In the event your export file doesn't include product image links, you may need to place the URL of your product photos directly into a spreasheet cell.
To do this go to your store website, hover over the target image, right click and select "Copy image address". Then simply paste this URL into the cell of the images column in the spreadsheet
In order to receive your money from BLB you will need to set up an account with Stripe. This enables us to automate the money transfer. It is very easy and costs nothing to set up.

WARNING: If you don't use Stripe it will delay us paying you as we will need to make manual transfers which will be very time consuming.
We are collecting the customer payment on your behalf. As such you will receive TWO INVOICES from BLB:
You will also receive a periodic statement showing donations you've made to charity
The PAYMENT you will receive will be the balance of (1) less (2) less 10% donation, i.e. the "net" amount.
VAT?
BLB is currently not VAT registered. If your business is VAT registered it is your responsibility to account for it based on the sales invoices received from us. We are unable to offer any advice on tax.
