Part of working in a team-based environment like Big Air is all employees being responsible for helping each other; that means at any time you may be asked to clean our kitchen, bathrooms, break room, take out the trash, wash dishes, etc. all with a good attitude and a smile.
There is a $50 uniform fee (will divide into payments). This will provide you with a shirt, name badge, whistle and lanyard. You are responsible for your own shoes, socks and shorts/pants.
We are particular about the image we send to our guests. Part of our family-friendly and safe working environment requires a strict uniform policy. This means all employees must have natural hair colors (dyed hair is fine as long as it is a natural color), no visible tatoos or piercings (except women may have modest ear piercings), women may only have neutral nail polish and men must be clean shaven.
