Yes. If you are sending data to Cognito Forms using a third-party integration, such as Zapier, Power Automate, or Make, these inbound API requests are limited by plan level.
- Pro plans include 2,000 inbound calls per day.
- Team plans include 10,000 inbound calls per day.
- Enterprise plans include 50,000 inbound calls per day.
In addition to the daily limit, we limit inbound API requests to a rate of 300 requests per 5 minutes. When the inbound call limit is reached, a 429 HTTP status code will be returned. Usage resets daily at 12:00 AM UTC.
