Joining an organization

Once you have been invited, you can join an Organization. You will receive an email with instructions on how to accept the invitation and will be taken to a page to either sign up for an account or to log in.

Quick Tip

If your organization has required two-factor authentication for all users, you will be prompted to set up 2FA when you sign in.

If you don’t already have a Cognito Forms account:

  1. Enter your first name, last name, and your password (your email address should already be filled out).
  2. Click the Sign Up button.

If you already have a Cognito Forms account:

  1. Enter your password (your email address should already be filled out).
  2. Click the Log In button.

If you already have a Cognito Forms account and have been invited with a different email address:

  1. Click the Log in with a different account link.
  2. Enter the email and password for the account you wish to use.
  3. Click the Log In button.

Once you have accepted the invitation and have logged in, you will be taken to your organization’s Dashboard.
