Who you are

We are looking to add an ambitious and hardworking Technical Writer/Video Creator to our staff. You should enjoy working with both people and cutting-edge technologies. After all, you’ll be using your communications skills to connect our increasingly sophisticated platform with a diverse community of customers all over the world.

What you’ll be doing

• Plan, develop, and publish user-focused tutorials, templates, and product documentation.

• Write scripts and execute the creation of product-focused, explainer videos.

• Work with internal teams to understand technical information and develop a plan to educate customers on newly released features.

• Collaborate with Customer Success to address content gaps and make revisions as needed.

• Write internal support documentation to help streamline support processes.

What you should bring to the table

• Ability to write in a clear and concise manner.

• Ability to translate highly technical information into easily understandable formats for users both written and verbal.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills,

• Excellent teamwork skills, as well as the ability to perform in a fast-paced, diverse environment with demanding market needs.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Your resume, and a link to your online portfolio and/or writing samples.
