Who you are

We’re looking to add an ambitious and hardworking Customer Enablement Specialist to help empower our customers in building their custom forms and business solutions.

The Customer Enablement Specialist will work with Customer Success and Product Management to help customers better understand how Cognito Forms can help solve their business problems. This position is best suited for someone with a knack for learning new software and for creatively solving problems.

What you’ll be doing

  • Researching industry-specific use cases by engaging directly with customers and by analyzing the competitive landscape.
  • Mapping customer needs to existing product features and creating solution templates that solve these real-world business problems.
  • Developing best-in-class resources and training materials to help educate our Customer Success Team on the value and use of these solutions.
  • Supporting the creation of videos, webinar scripts, and how-to’s that explain how the pre-built solutions are important to a specific audience.
  • Creating strong feedback loops to collect information and stories for constant program improvement.
  • Working with team members to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product.
  • Help identify new possible features that would further enable our customer base.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in sharing best practices and striving for continuous improvement
  • Great presentation skills and the ability to create engaging, informative presentations
