How It Works

  1. Open Claude
    1. Log in to your Claude account (paid plan required)
  2. Add the Cognito Forms connector
    1. Follow the steps in Claude’s custom connector setup guide
  3. Enter the Cognito Forms server URL
    1. Use https://mcp.cognitoforms.com/mcp as the server URL
    2. Set the OAuth Client ID: 366c9904-def2-451a-af2f-8e08d751088c
  4. Log in and authorize your organization
    1. Sign in to your Cognito Forms account and select the organization you want to connect
    2. Click Authorize Organization
  5. Start chatting
    1. Ask Claude to query entries, create submissions, retrieve files, or manage your forms in plain language
