Cognito Forms Remains one of the Best Places to Work in South Carolina
Columbia-based tech company is recognized among the best small-to-medium size employers in South Carolina for a second consecutive year.
Returning to the office after a global pandemic was an enormous task. Rebounding from COVID-19 brought a diverse set of challenges and speed bumps, but focusing on the road ahead kept us moving forward at a steady pace.
With the workplace shifting, we continue to believe that happy, supported, and appreciated employees are directly correlated to our customers’ satisfaction.
This is why we’re excited to announce that Cognito Forms was named one of the 2021 Best Places to Work in South Carolina.
This year, 81 companies made the cut. With only 20 in the small employer group, we placed fifth overall in our size category! We’re proud to be placed among this elite group of outstanding employers in South Carolina.

The first part of the survey included an evaluation of our procedures, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey – used to measure each employee’s personal experience.
The combined scores of the two parts determined the top companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process, analyzed the data, and determined the final rankings.

Cognito Forms was recognized among the other honorees at an in-person event ceremony on August 5, 2021. The final rankings of all employers will be published in the August 2021 issue of SCBIZ magazine.
