How It Works

  1. Log in to Cognito Forms
    1. Select your desired form
  2. Choose your Entry View
    1. Select or create an Entry View, click Sync View To -> OData Consumer, and generate secure URL
  3. Prepare the data endpoint
    1. Copy the generated OData feed URL (include access token)
  4. Copy OData URL
    1. Obtain the URL with necessary authentication details
  5. Connect to External Tools
    1. Enter the URL into your chosen tool (e.g., Power BI or Excel)
  6. Query and Analyze
    1. Retrieve, query, and analyze your form data directly
