How It Works

Log in to Cognito Forms
1. Open the form and go to Entries
2. Select or create an Entry View, click Sync View To → OData Consumer, and generate the secure URL
Prepare the data endpoint
1. Copy the generated OData feed URL (includes access token)
2. Note token‑renewal steps if you later regenerate the URL
Connect Domo to Cognito Forms
1. In Domo, navigate to Data → Connectors and choose OData
2. Paste the OData URL and select Anonymous/None for authentication
Verify and import data
1. Domo shows a preview of the form fields—confirm they look correct
2. Save the dataset and compare record counts with Cognito Forms
Create your dashboard
1. Use Domo Analyzer to drag charts, tables, and cards from the dataset
2. Combine with other data sources if broader context is helpful
Set up automatic refresh
1. In the dataset settings, schedule refreshes (e.g., every 15 minutes)
2. Enable alerts so stakeholders know when key metrics change
