How It Works
- Log in to Cognito Forms
- Open the form you want to track
- Go to Settings → Analytics & Tracking
- Enable Google Analytics integration
- Toggle Google Analytics to “On”
- Enter GA4 measurement ID
- Paste your GA4 Measurement ID (format: G-XXXXXXXXXX) into the field
- If needed, create a GA4 property in your Google Analytics account
- Save and publish your form
- Apply changes and publish the form to activate tracking
- Test tracking in GA4
- Open your form and fill it out in test mode
- Use GA4 DebugView or Realtime view to confirm that events like page view and form submission are received
