No, absolutely not. Cognito Forms AI, similar to ChatGPT and other large-scale generative AI models, is trained using publicly available forms found online from around the world. We do not use our customers’ forms to train the Cognito Forms AI.

Using Cognito Forms AI, you can create a custom online form in just seconds. Simply enter your prompt (Ex: “Create a job application form with 2 references”) and select Generate Form to see the result.

Select Try Again to tweak your prompt if needed. Once you’re happy with the generated form, save the template into your Cognito Forms account. It’s that easy!

Use clear, concise language and include specific details in your prompts – the more descriptive, the better!
