This month, we’re excited to shine a spotlight on one of our newer customers: Randy Robarge, Owner of Graphic Details!
1. Tell us a little bit about your business!
Randy: Graphic Details is an apparel and merchandise printer in Upstate NY. Although we print for businesses and organizations of all types, we have found a specialty in printing for players, parents, and fans of travel sports teams.
2. Why did you choose Cognito Forms?
Randy: We’ve tried a few form providers that all worked well, but after trying Cognito Forms, we found the system easier to use when setting up new forms and editing existing forms. The best feature is the repeating section container. We can add new products into an existing order form without having to worry about updating crazy page rules so the form flows correctly.
3. How does your business use Cognito Forms?
Randy: We set up order forms for our sports team customers. Most team representatives are volunteers, so their time is limited. By setting up an online order form, we can take apparel orders and payments from the team members and parents directly. The only task for the team representative is to send the order form link out to the group.
But we also offer a fundraiser option. For fundraisers, we set up our order form to collect the order info and send a copy to the team representative. This allows the team representative to collect the funds from each team member, and then pay us for the entire group order at a discounted rate. This allows the team to raise funds with very little effort needed!
