Who you are

We’re looking to add a strategic and creative Marketing Specialist with a strong background in content development and digital marketing. You thrive at the intersection of storytelling and strategy, using content to drive business outcomes and elevate brand visibility. You understand how to align marketing initiatives with business goals, and you’re excited to shape and execute campaigns that engage our B2B audience at every stage of the customer journey.

The ideal candidate brings both analytical thinking and creative execution to the table. You’re proactive, data-aware, and comfortable wearing multiple hats—whether drafting a blog post, optimizing landing pages, planning nurture campaigns, or contributing to product launch messaging.

What you will be responsible for

  • Marketing strategy execution: Contribute to the planning and rollout of integrated marketing campaigns aligned with company goals, product launches, and customer lifecycle stages.

  • Content creation: Write compelling and conversion-driven content for a variety of formats—blogs, emails, landing pages, paid ads, case studies, social posts, and more—to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.

  • Brand voice & messaging: Ensure consistent voice and tone across all marketing materials, helping evolve and maintain our brand identity across channels and audience segments.

  • Marketing operations: Help manage content within marketing platforms (CMS, email, ads), ensuring timely updates and alignment with campaign goals.

  • Campaign performance: Monitor, measure, and report on key marketing metrics such as traffic, engagement, conversion, and ROI. Use insights to refine tactics and inform future campaigns.

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work with design, product, and customer success teams to develop compelling campaign assets, customer stories, and educational content.

  • Market and customer research: Conduct competitor and industry research. Help shape audience personas and develop content that speaks to their needs and challenges.

What you should bring to the table

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with demonstrated ability to create engaging marketing content.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.), and marketing platforms (CMS, email, CRM).
  • Experience supporting or owning multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills—able to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
