Who you are

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, leading technical initiatives, and building scalable SaaS products. You’ll design, build, and evolve software used by a large and diverse global customer base.

What you will be responsible for

• Design and deliver complex features and product capabilities
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define requirements and technical approaches
• Lead technical and architectural decisions
• Provide thoughtful code reviews and help establish engineering best practices
• Troubleshoot complex production and technical problems
• Mentor engineers and help improve team engineering practices

What you should bring to the table

• 5+ years of experience with modern full-stack web development, with an emphasis on product development
• Experience with modern server-side development using technologies such as C# and .NET Core, including relational and/or NoSQL databases
• Experience with modern front-end technologies such as TypeScript and Vue.js
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs
• Experience delivering high-availability SaaS services with scalability, reliability, and maintainability in mind
• Experience with Azure or similar cloud technology offerings and cloud-centric design patterns
• Experience providing technical leadership and mentoring other engineers
• Ability to lead projects through the software delivery lifecycle, coordinate execution, resolve blockers, and keep stakeholders aligned
• Experience effectively incorporating AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude, Codex, Copilot) into coding, debugging, testing, and planning workflows
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with demanding market needs
• A passion for learning and keeping up with the latest technologies
• Motivated, detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of quality
• BS or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related engineering field preferred
