How It Works
- Log in to Zapier
- Create a new Zap from your dashboard.
- Set Cognito Forms as the trigger
- Select “New Entry” and connect your form.
- Add Mailchimp as the action
- Use “Add/Update Subscriber” and connect your Mailchimp account.
- Map form fields
- Choose which form data goes to which subscriber fields.
- Test the Zap
- Send a test form entry and confirm in Mailchimp.
- Activate the Zap
- Turn on the Zap to enable real-time syncing.

- Log in to make
- Open your dashboard and create a new scenario.
- Set Cognito Forms as the trigger
- Choose “Watch New Entries” and select your form.
- Add Mailchimp as the action
- Choose “Add or Update Subscriber” and connect your Mailchimp account.
- Map form fields
- Assign each field from your form to a Mailchimp field.
- Test the scenario
- Submit a sample form and check Mailchimp for the new subscriber.
- Activate the scenario
- Turn the scenario on to keep syncing future submissions.
