  1. Log in to Zapier
    1. Go to zapier.com and sign in
  2. Create a Zap
    1. Click “Create Zap”
  3. Add Cognito Forms trigger
    1. Choose “New Entry” and connect your form
  4. Add ActiveCampaign action
    1. Choose “Create/Update Contact”
    2. Connect your ActiveCampaign account
  5. Map form fields
    1. Match form fields to contact fields, lists, and tags
  6. Test the Zap
    1. Submit a test form and verify data in ActiveCampaign
  7. Activate the Zap
