How It Works

  1. Log in to Okta
    1. Create a new OIDC app in your Okta admin dashboard
  2. Collect Integration Info
    1. Note your Client ID, Client Secret, and Discovery URL
  3. Open Cognito Forms Settings
    1. Go to your Organization > Settings > Users & Authentication
  4. Enable Custom SSO
    1. Select “Require SSO” and enter the OIDC details from Okta
  5. Verify Login
    1. Test SSO by signing in with an Okta user account
  6. Invite Users
    1. Make sure Cognito Forms users match Okta emails to enable access
