Create Your Form
1. Complete your form setup in Cognito Forms
Copy Embed Code
1. Click the Publish tab and select the preferred embed method
Log in to Squarespace
1. Sign in to your Squarespace account (Business or Commerce)
Edit Your Page
1. Select or add a page and click the “+” icon to add a new block
Paste Code into a Block
1. Choose a Code Block and paste the Cognito Forms embed code
Publish the Page
1. Save your page changes and publish
