How It Works

  1. Create your form
    1. Complete your form setup in Cognito Forms
  2. Add global script
    1. Log in to Wix, go to Settings > Advanced > Custom Code, and add <script src=“https://www.cognitoforms.com/f/iframe.js”></script> to Body-End.
  3. Choose pages for script
    1. Apply script to all pages or selected ones—script supports multiple forms across pages
  4. Save and publish
    1. Apply changes and re-publish site
  5. Insert HTML embed
    1. In Wix page editor, select Add > Embed > Embed HTML, then choose Enter Code
  6. Copy iframe URL
    1. In Cognito Forms, hover on a form and copy the URL within the iframe embed code
  7. Paste URL into Wix
    1. Enter the copied iframe src URL into Wix’s “What’s the website address?” field
  8. Apply and publish
    1. Click Apply, save changes, and re-publish—your form will appear responsive on your Wix site
