How It Works

Install the plugin
1. Navigate to Plugins > Add New, search “Cognito Forms,” and activate
Connect Cognito Forms
1. Click Cognito Forms in WordPress admin and sign into your Cognito account
Create your form
1. Build a new form or use a template in your Cognito Forms account
Open your WordPress editor
1. Go to Pages (or Posts) > Add New in WordPress
Embed your form
1. Insert the Cognito Forms block or shortcode, then choose your form from the dropdown
Publish your page
1. Save or publish your page to make your form live
Test your form
1. Submit a test form entry to verify functionality and integration
