How It Works
- Log in to Zapier
- Create a new Zap from your dashboard
- Set Cognito Forms as the trigger
- Choose “New Entry” and select the right form
- Add PowerApps-compatible action
- Send data to SQL, Excel, or email for use in PowerApps-connected tools
- Map form fields
- Assign each form field to a corresponding data field
- Test the Zap
- Submit a form entry and verify results
- Activate the Zap
