How It Works

  1. Log in to Zapier
    1. Open zapier.com and sign in
  2. Start a New Zap
    1. Click “Make a Zap” to begin
  3. Add Cognito Forms as the trigger
    1. Select “New Entry” and choose your form
  4. Add AppSheet as the Action
    1. Select “Create Record” or “Update Record”
    2. Authenticate your AppSheet account
  5. Map Form Data
