How It Works
- Log in to Zapier
- Open zapier.com and sign in
- Start a New Zap
- Click “Make a Zap” to begin
- Add Cognito Forms as the trigger
- Select “New Entry” and choose your form
- Add AppSheet as the Action
- Select “Create Record” or “Update Record”
- Authenticate your AppSheet account
- Map Form Data
- Match Cognito fields to AppSheet columns (e.g., name, date, status)
- Test the Zap
- Submit a form entry and verify the data appears in your AppSheet app
- Turn On the Zap
- Activate the workflow for continuous syncing
