How It Works

Log in to Cognito Forms
1. Select your form
2. Navigate to Payment Settings
Choose PayPal as Payment Processor
1. Click Add Payment Account
2. Select PayPal
Connect Your PayPal Account
1. Enter PayPal Business email
2. Authorize via PayPal OAuth
3. Ensure Venmo is enabled in your PayPal account settings
Enable Venmo
1. Confirm Venmo is activated in PayPal checkout settings
Save & Publish Form
1. Save form updates
2. Click Publish to activate Venmo payments
Run a Payment Test
1. Submit a test entry selecting Venmo
2. Verify transactions in Cognito Forms’ Entries and PayPal dashboard
