Log in to Cognito Forms
1. Select your form
2. Go to Payment Settings
Choose Stripe as payment processor
1. Click “Add Payment Account”
2. Select “Stripe”
Connect your Stripe account
1. Log in to Stripe and authorize Cognito Forms

1. Enable desired payment methods (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
Save and publish
1. Save form changes and publish
