How It Works
- Log in to Zapier
- Go to zapier.com and sign in
- Create a new Zap
- Click “Make a Zap” to begin building a workflow
- Set Cognito Forms as the trigger
- Choose “New Entry” and connect your Cognito Forms account
- Select the form you want to monitor
- Add Microsoft Outlook as the action
- Choose Outlook and select your desired action
- Connect your Outlook account
- Map form fields
- Assign Cognito Forms fields to Outlook fields like email recipient, event date, or contact details
- Test the Zap
- Submit a test entry and confirm the result in Outlook
- Activate the Zap
- Turn on your Zap to start automation

- Visit make.com and sign in to your account
- Create a new scenario
- Click “Create a new scenario” from the dashboard
- Set Cognito Forms as the trigger
- Add the “Watch New Entries” module
- Connect your Cognito Forms account and select your form
- Add Microsoft 365 Email as the action
- Choose the appropriate module (e.g., Send Email, Create Contact)
- Connect your Microsoft account
- Map form fields
- Link Cognito Forms fields to Outlook fields (subject, recipient, etc.)
- Test the scenario
- Submit a test entry and confirm results in Outlook
- Activate the scenario
- Save and enable the scenario for continuous use
