How It Works

  1. Log in to Zapier
    1. Click Create Zap
  2. Set Cognito Forms as the trigger
    1. Choose New Entry (or Entry Updated) and select your form
  3. Add Calendly as the action
    1. Pick Create Event or Update Event and connect Calendly
  4. Map fields
    1. Assign form data to invitee email, event type, and meeting notes
  5. Test the Zap
    1. Submit a sample entry and confirm the event details
  6. Activate the Zap
  7. Switch the Zap On for continuous scheduling
