How It Works

  1. Log in to Zapier
    1. Click Create Zap
  2. Set Cognito Forms as the trigger
    1. Choose New Entry or Entry Updated and select your form
  3. Add Trello as the action
    1. Pick Create Card or Update Card and connect Trello
  4. Map fields
    1. Assign form data to card name, list, labels, due date, and attachments
  5. Test the Zap
    1. Submit a sample entry and verify the card details
  6. Activate the Zap
    1. Switch the Zap to On for continuous Trello updates
