  1. Log in to Zapier
    1. Open your Zapier dashboard
  2. Create a new Zap
    1. Click “Make a Zap”
  3. Set Cognito Forms as the trigger
    1. Select “New Entry” or “Entry Updated”
  4. Add Airtable as the action
    1. Select “Create Record” or “Update Record”
    2. Link Airtable with API credentials
  5. Map fields
