WhatsApp Notifications lets you send messages through the WhatsApp Business Platform so teams and customers get updates where they already chat. Connecting to Cognito Forms turns submissions into WhatsApp alerts—mapping entry details into templated messages and delivering them in real time.
Reach people faster on WhatsApp—cut manual messaging, speed responses, and keep customers and staff informed the moment entries arrive.
- Faster responses on mobile
