How It Works
- Log in to Zapier
- Create a new Zap from your dashboard.
- Set Cognito Forms as the trigger
- Choose “New Entry” and connect your form.
- Add DocuSign as the action
- Use “Send Envelope via Template” or similar action.
- Connect accounts and map fields
- Fill recipient info and template fields from the form entry.
- Test the Zap
- Submit a form and confirm the envelope is created.
- Activate the Zap
- Turn the Zap on for continuous automation.
