How do I hide a form’s title and logo when embedding it?

To hide your form’s title and logo when embedding it on your website:

  1. From your organization’s Dashboard, find the form you want to update and open the Publish page.
  2. Select Header Styles in the top menu.
  3. Click the Hide header when embedded? option.
  4. Make sure to save your changes.
