File storage limits

Any time you exceed your limit on the Pro or Team plan, your form will still collect files, even if your limit has been reached. You’ll be prompted to upgrade your account to access those files and resume automatic file transfers with your integration. On the Enterprise plan, you’ll automatically receive an additional 50 GB for $25/month starting with your next invoice.

Requests larger than 100 KB are counted as one request per 100 KB. Request overages are charged at $20 per 100,000 requests per month.
