How It Works
- Log in to Zapier
- Access your Zapier dashboard
- Create a new Zap
- Click “Make a Zap” to start a new workflow
- Set Cognito Forms as the trigger
- Choose “Cognito Forms” and select “New Entry” as the trigger event
- Connect your Cognito Forms account and select the form to monitor
- Add Pipedrive as the action
- Choose “Pipedrive” and select the desired action (e.g., “Create Deal”)
- Connect your Pipedrive account
- Map form fields to Pipedrive fields
- Align Cognito Forms fields with corresponding Pipedrive fields
- Test the Zap
- Submit a test entry in Cognito Forms and verify the data appears correctly in Pipedrive
- Activate the Zap
- Turn on the Zap to enable automation

- Access your Make dashboard
- Create a new scenario
- Click “Create a new scenario” to start
- Set Cognito Forms as the trigger
- Add the “Watch New Entries” module for Cognito Forms
- Use the Create a Webhook / Choose a hook
- Connect your Cognito Forms account and select the form to monitor
- Add Pipedrive as the action
- Add the desired Pipedrive module (e.g., “Create a Deal”)
- Connect your Pipedrive account
- Map form fields to Pipedrive fields
- Align Cognito Forms fields with corresponding Pipedrive fields
- Test the scenario
- Run the scenario once to test the setup
- Submit a test entry in Cognito Forms and verify the data appears correctly in Pipedrive
- Activate the scenario
- Save and activate the scenario to enable continuous automation

- Access your Power Automate dashboard
- Create a new flow
- Click “Create” and choose “Automated cloud flow”
- Set Cognito Forms as the trigger
- Search for “Cognito Forms” and select “New Entry” as the trigger
- Connect your Cognito Forms account and select the form to monitor
- Add Pipedrive as the action
- Use the “HTTP” action to send a POST request to Pipedrive’s API
- Authenticate using your Pipedrive API token
- Configure the HTTP Request
- Set the method to “POST” and the URL to the appropriate Pipedrive API endpoint (e.g., for creating deals)
- In the body, include the JSON payload with the mapped Cognito Forms data
- Test the flow
- Submit a test entry in Cognito Forms and verify the data appears correctly in Pipedrive
- Activate the flow
- Save and turn on the flow to enable automation
