Fitness Class Registration with Connected Classes & Timeslots

A Fitness Dance makes it easier to manage registrations and participant details before classes, programs, or activities begin. By collecting information online, you can reduce manual coordination, confirm important details in advance, and create a smoother sign-up experience for attendees.

Use our free Fitness Class Registration form to easily collect online registrations for your gym. This template includes the related Classes & Timeslots form, which contains data used by Lookup Fields to populate the Class Name, Date, and Time dropdowns. When no classes are available, the form will automatically close and display a message (“All classes are filled at this time. Please check back later!”).

Simply add your class information (including schedule, class level, and slots available), and the Registration form auto-populates the Choice field dropdown. Class availability is limited based on the number of slots available, which you can update at any time.
