Organizations created prior to November 16, 2023 must upgrade to the new version of PayPal to continue receiving transactions.
The migration process is easy and only takes a few minutes – please follow the instructions below:
Sign in to your Cognito Forms account.
Open any form connected to your PayPal account and open the Payment settings.
Open the ‘complete onboarding’ link under your PayPal account and log in to PayPal:
- Select Agree and Connect to authorize the connection to Cognito Forms.
- Select Use existing business account and hit Next.
- Verify your business details and personal information and hit Agree and Continue.
- Optionally select Charge Protection or Fraud Protection to protect your Advanced Credit and Debit card transactions.
- Select Go back to Cognito, LLC to return to your Cognito Forms organization.
Make sure to save your changes to both the payment dialog and the form.
