Cognito Forms makes building contact forms, registration forms, and more for your Shopify shop a breeze. It’s easy to add Cognito Forms to your shop with either our Seamless or responsive Iframe embed options.
- Log in to Shopify and navigate to the page where you want to embed your form.
- Select Show HTML from the content editor.
- In Cognito Forms, open your form builder and copy your form’s Seamless embed code or Iframe embed code from the Publish Code tab.
- Make sure to save your changes, then visit your shop to see your form in action!
