Cognito Forms makes building contact forms, data collection forms, and more for your SharePoint site super simple.

1. Using the modern page editor, open the page on your SharePoint site where you’d like to add your form.
2. Add a new Embed web part to your page and ensure that the Resize to fit the page setting is enabled.
3. Copy the Iframe embed code from the Publish tab in the Cognito Forms builder and paste it into the Website address or embed code section of the Embed web part.
4. Publish your changes to see your form in action!
