Yes. You can require authentication for both public links and workflow links to ensure the identity of those accessing the form. You can require authentication through the provider you’ve selected.
Authenticating the user only verifies the identity of the user filling out the form. To restrict who can access the form, user permissions must be set on an organization, folder, form, or field level.
Folder permissions can only be set on Enterprise organizations.
