With Cognito Forms, two or more people are able to work with the same entry at the same time. When this occurs, the changes that take place depend on which fields are edited and when.
In most cases, we will merge the changes to the entry to include all changes that were made. For example, if Julie is editing the Quantity field and Mark is editing the Cost field at the same time, both changes will be made to the entry.
If one user makes a change to an entry that can’t be merged as described above, the second user editing the entry will be notified that the form they are working with has changed.
In cases where two people are making changes to the same field, the entry will update based on the most recent change made.
