To securely share a public form with guests:
- Turn on Guest Access for your organization.
- Add a Person field connected to your guest list.
- Set the Default Value for the Person field to Current User so it automatically captures the guest who’s logged in.
- In your form’s Workflow settings, open the Public Links setting.
- Set Require Authentication to Guests & Users and set Allow Links to require that the Person field is filled out. This ensures only authenticated, active guests can access and complete the form after verifying their email.
Note: Only guests you’ve marked as Active on your guest list will be able to log in.
