Can a person who submits a form receive an email which includes a copy of the form they submitted?

To enable confirmation emails, go to Submission Settings in the form builder and select Confirmation Emails from the list. In the dialog that appears, you can specify the Subject, Message, and Email Address that the confirmation is coming from, as well as the options to include a receipt, entry details, uploaded files, a PDF copy, and entry view/edit links.
