Can I send an email notification to different people based on what was submitted on the form?

Yes! You can control who gets notified and when with email routing. To get started:

  1. From the Submission Settings section in your form builder, select Notification Emails.
  2. Specify who’s receiving the email, the subject of the email, and optionally include a custom message.
  3. Choose between the “Send When Submitted” and “Send When Updated” options and specify the criteria that should trigger the email to send.
